Hey all,

I hope you realize that the Boot Camp is the Thornhill Fitness Club Boot Camp and you are in the Boot Camp every minute of your life for 8 weeks. By signing the Boot Camp contract you’ve given me and yourselves an oath to exercise 8 times per week and behave when it comes to eating. Over the weekend I will come up with a sample meal plan for each of you, but I am sure that you all know by now what not to eat. So don’t wait for my meal plan as an excuse and do what you want. Your 5 own workouts must be performed at Snap Fitness Thornhill and recorded in the black binder. For those who don’t know how to use our equipment I will provide the orientation. Just let me know. Please realize again and again that your 3 sessions with a trainer is far not enough to achieve your goal. So get serious and kick ….

Snap Fitness Thornhill Boot Camp

Do you know why fitness clubs are overloaded on Monday? Guilt drags people there. Over the weekend they eat too much and too wrong. Do these people actually burn those extra calories? Not all, just some of it. Because the amount of exercise done on Monday is not sufficient enough to burn everything. On some parties at one night people can consume up to few thousands of calories. You already know that a good half hour of running on the treadmill burns only up to 300-400 calories.

So! Here is your weekend laid out in front of you. How do you want to feel on Monday? Guilty or proud? For the past two days you all have done an amazing job. I was watching you. But please find a better way to reward yourself rather than melting ice cream or cheese in your mouth. There are other ways to do it. Use your imagination and stay on track. See you at the fitness club in Thornhill.
