Windsor defeated the Kelowna Rockets Sunday May 24, to become the first team to start the 4 team hockey tournament with
2 losses and win the National Championship.
The Windsor Spitfires use the SUUNTO TEAM pod  Training system from Fitness Depot Commercial. Fitness Depot Commercial
are proud suppliers to the Spitfires, outfitting,  in the Fall of 2008 with state of the art fitness equipment and systems for their new facility.
