Someone at work, someone at home, an impatient driver on the road or that annoying situation that just won't go away and is taking its toll on your body, affecting your sleep, your family time and your performance at work – and you know it! Did you know that your body does not have the capacity to differentiate between a punch in the nose, a recent relationship challenge, money issues, losing your job or a gruelling sporting event that is physically taxing?
