<p>I&#039;m sure that you&#039;ve wanted something so badly that it consumed all your thoughts, all your time as you spent every waking hour thinking about it. Patiently waiting until you can finally acquire that which you are searching for.</p>
<p>However, have you ever felt like you&#039;re going at things in life by yourself? Or that you&#039;ve been trying your best at accomplishing something, and even though you&#039;re surrounded by people, it still feels as though you&#039;re pulling the load yourself?</p>
<p>I would like to share a very powerful concept and strategy that when implemented, will produce very powerful results in your life. It&#039;s called having a network of people who will support and encourage you to accomplish your goals. A circle of friends/colleagues that you can lean on for support, call on for advice and hold you accountable for the results you&#039;re looking for!</p>

<p>Here we are seven weeks into 2010. Most, if not all of us made some commitment to ourselves when the New Year rolled around. It might have taken the form of, &#034;this year I&#039;m going to transform my personal finances,&#034; &#034;I&#039;m going to join a gym,&#034; &#034;start a healthy nutrition program,&#034; &#034;lose weight,&#034; &#034;run a marathon&#034; or &#034;I&#039;m going to become super successful in my career.&#034; Regardless of what it was, you probably made some kind of resolution.</p>
<p>I share this from the perspective that it&#039;s easy to simply state an &#034;I am going to&#034; or an &#034;I will&#034; &#8211; most of us have the noblest of intentions in following through with them. What I&#039;ve found in the past five years of coaching clients to better health and wellness is that it works best to have &#034;theme&#034; for the year. I&#039;ve set my personal and professional them for 2010 as &#034;Back to the Basics.&#034;</p>
