CHEK Personal Exercise Coaches stress excellent exercise technique and know that to produce the desired result, exercises must be performed correctly. They understand how energy-balancing exercises reduce total stress on the body and know when to use these types of exercises with different clients.

Personal Exercise Coaching is a highly qualified version of what you may know as personal training. When working with an exercise coach at Pinacle, you can expect to learn a great deal about how your body works as a system. Motivation, inspiration and leadership can also be expected. Exercise Coaches provide a comfortable, effective and professional environment to accommodate your developmental needs. Our current clients are all great friends!
Personal Exercise Coaching will help you with your goals at whatever level that you are willing to participate. You may choose to train with your coach daily, weekly or at the very least, once every 4 weeks. The more consistency there is in training with one another, the greater the results.
In addition to exercise instruction, we will also provide you with leadership and insight to improve sleeping patterns, emotional and physical stress, eating habits and digestion and much more; the deeper your desire to change, the deeper we will go! We are very comprehensive in our approach to personal improvement and anything that is outside of our scope will be confidently referred out to one of our highly skilled professionals; chiropractor, RMT, naturopath, neuromuscular therapist, etc.
When working with an exercise coach, you have the opportunity to take on any type of fitness or lifestyle modification that you may have an interest for. These types of interest may include: lean muscle gains, increase energy and improved sense of wellbeing, healing of pain, an increase in cardiovascular output, balanced flexibility, an increase in strength, decrease in body fat percentage, more effective breathing, individual nutrition plans, sport specific training, etc. We also specialize in the improvement of common pain inducing dysfunctions. These are all very important depending on your needs.
Your sessions may take place within the facility, outside, or in a designated area for discussion. Every program is different and every time we meet new needs will be met. Our first session is dedicated to helping you set up a foundation for success and subsequent sessions will build off of that platform.
We’ve found over the years that those that work consistently with an exercise coach make the most of their membership investment. It’s understandable that paying less in the beginning may be appealing but how appealing is it to pay for a full year and only attend the facility for two or three months of that year with no results? Not a great investment, so we are doing our part to give you a better return.
Our Personal Exercise Coaches will spend a good portion of the first session discussing your goals and objectives to set a very specific intention for where you want to go and who you want to be; if you don’t know where you want to go you likely won’t get there!
